The staff was amazing, always friendly and attentive. We enjoyed the delicious food and drinks, plenty of options to choose from. The animation team was brilliant, especially with the kids. Loved the shows and also loved the hotel's pro-environmental efforts. We also appreciated the good access to local areas.
The electrics in the room were a bit hard to understand and the air con wasn't great. We had an ant problem but it was quickly sorted by the staff.

Had a fantastic family holiday during Christmas break. Staff were super friendly and attentive to our needs. We really enjoyed the excellent food and drink with plenty of options to choose from. Location was perfect with easy access to nearby areas. We loved the animation team who were brilliant and kept the kids entertained. The shows provided were top-notch and worthwhile. We appreciated the hotel's eco-friendly policies which made our stay more enjoyable.
Had a hard time figuring out the electrics and air conditioning in our room. Ants made their way into our room but the staff addressed it promptly.

My stay at this hotel was beyond luxurious. The exclusive amenities fulfilled all my needs and truly made me feel pampered. The Spa & wellness centre, indoor swimming pool, sauna, swimming pool and health club were amazing! The live entertainment and massage were also a plus. The animation team was friendly and attentive, and I enjoyed playing giant chess. The restaurant and catering service were top-notch, and the lobby bar had delicious snacks. The location was perfect, with easy access to local areas.
While my stay was fantastic, the only minor issue I encountered was occasional noise from the private facilities. Despite this, the hotel staff was prompt and attentive, and quickly resolved the issue.
